The first step is to arrange a meeting to find out about your requirements, this can be at your home, your work or at my office in Oxfordshire.
We will discuss your unique and specific requirements in detail so that we get a clear idea of exactly what you are looking for, likes and dislikes, time scales and budget.
We can also discuss current market conditions and give advice on areas and specific villages.
Once we have your brief we will then start the search, sourcing potential properties through our long standing large network of contacts. We proactivly source them often before they are even offered to the open market. We then preview any suitable ones and only show you those that match your brief thus saving you considerable time and effort viewing unsuitable properties.
Once we have previewed the properties we will then arrange and accompany you on all viewings advising on the positives and the negatives but also where a property could be improved.
